Fast forward to 2019 when Jesse Lelievre, a North Andover resident, acquired Hoffman & Kelley Plumbing & Heating and 3500 legacy customers. Jesse along with his father have a combined 70+ years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. A long- standing Andover business, we are now a family-owned and operated business located in North Andover. In 2022 we expanded our service area to include Wilmington, Tewksbury and Billerica with the acquisition of Kevin Scott Plumbing & Heating, Inc.
